Get Swell in Forever

This is a companion app for the Get Swell in Forever competition. If you haven't heard about it yet, it is a competition for WoW Forever players to help them get into shape.

The rules are very simple. Whenever certain events happen in the game you need to do a small exercise. These are the following:

  • Death: 10 Push-Ups
  • Lose Named Mob Tag: 20 Second Toe Touch
  • Hearthstone Use: Look 20ft away for 20 Seconds
  • Lua Error: Shrimp check
  • Complete Quest: Drink Water
  • New Zone: 10 Dips
  • Bug Found: 10 Squats
  • Replace Gear: 10 Jumping Jacks
  • Level Up: 10 Sit-Ups
  • Disconnect: 30 Second Plank

But wait! I have damage in my x, I can't do exercise y!

Don't worry. In the app settings you can override the rules for the exercises you can't do and use something else. The point here is to do the exercises and keep your body moving.

This is not a joke and you get no reward

This app is not a joke. People sitting in front of computers suffer from a wide array of ailments. We're here to change this.

Be honest. Nobody will check if you really did the exercise. Your reward will be what you see in the mirror.
